General terms and conditions
Order
After placing an order in our webshop you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When placing an order you automatically agree with our general terms and conditions. All products in our webshop are in stock, unless mentioned otherwise. We recommend to save your order details properly in case you have any questions.
Shipping and shipping costs
Orders will be shipped within a week after receiving your payment. Note that you will not receive the package within a week. Shipments to other countries than The Netherlands do usually arrive within 3-10 working days from the date of receipt of payment. At this time, only EU customers can order from our webshop.
Shipping costs are €14,88 (inclusive of VAT) in all countries of the European Union with track and trace (Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden). Shipping to other countries is not possible at the moment.
Prices
All prices mentioned on the website are in Euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
Returns and/or exchange
We hope that your order reaches you properly. You can return the item (excluding items on sale) within 10 working days.
The items can be returned when unused, with all labels attached and in the original package to:

Postage is at your own expense.
You need to apply your return by sending an e-mail to retour@lienengiel.nl including the following information: your name, your e-mail address, order number, purchase money and your bank account. After receiving your return we will refund your money.
Our shops and online shop are different shops. Therefor you can not return products you bought in our webshop at one of our stores and vice versa.
When a return does not match our general terms and condition as described above there will be no refund. Lien & Giel will store the products for three months. You can come and pick up your purchase within those three months. After three months we will destroy the item and your consumer rights will expire.
Exchange
Exchanging products is permitted (excluding items on sale). Did you order a wrong size or do you prefer the product in a different colour? Please return the unwanted items following the above procedure. After that you can just place a new order in our webshop. We will deposit the refund as soon as possible after receiving your return.
