Return policy Lien & Giel:
We naturally hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can - provided that the item is unworn and provided with the original Lien & Giel label and safety pin - return within two weeks, this does not apply to some sale items. You will then receive your purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs incurred. It is not possible to return the item in one of our own Lien & Giel branches. If you want to exchange an item, you can return the wrong size or color of your order and place a new order or contact us.
Return at your own expense
The costs for returning are for your own account.
- Register your return via email@example.com, clearly send in this e-mail what you are returning and the reason for the return.
- Put the article, provided with the original Lien & Giel label and safety pin, back in the original transparent bag. Note: this is only the plastic bag around the item. Where you return this item is your own choice. That may be in the original packaging, but this may also be in another packaging.
♥ Once we have received the return package, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and we will check and process the return. Your purchase amount will in be transferred within 5 working days in the same way as you have paid.

♥ My return has not yet been refunded?
We strife to pay back the amounts within 5 working days. The return payment always goes through the original payment method. So if you have paid by credit card, the amount will also be refunded to your credit card and you will see this on your credit card statement at the end of the month.
