Return policy Lien & Giel:
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Would you still like to return something?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within two weeks, provided the item is unworn and has the original Lien & Giel label. You will then receive your purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs incurred. It is not possible to return the article in one of our own Lien & Giel stores. If you want to exchange an item, you can return the wrong size or colour of your order and place a new order.
1. Register your return via firstname.lastname@example.org. Clearly state the invoice number and which items it concerns in this email and the reason for the return.
2. Put the article, with the original Lien & Giel label, neatly back in the original transparent bag. Pay attention! this is only the plastic bag around the article. Where you return this item in is your own choice. This may be in the original packaging, but this may also be in another packaging. Do not forget to enclose a copy of your invoice with the package, otherwise it will be impossible for us to determine who the shipment belongs to.
3. Submit the item. Pay attention! both the costs and the risk of sending are for your own account with a return shipment. So keep an eye on your track & trace to see if we have received your package. Unfortunately, we do not have the details of the return package and can therefore not help you with this. Attention! Import duties of returns outside the European Union are for the account of the customer.
♥ As soon as we have received the return package, we will check and process the return. As soon as the return booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We strive to transfer the purchase amount within 5 days of receipt. Your purchase amount will be transferred in the same way as you paid.

♥ Can sale items be exchanged?
For items that have a 30% discount or more, the item may be returned. However, you will receive a credit code which can be used in our webshop with a validity date of six months.This code will not be re-issued. So keep in mind that you are sure of your new order.
♥ I have placed an order and have not paid shipping costs, but I have returned 1 item. What happens with the free shipping costs?
Above a certain amount ( different per country ) we will send the ordered items to you for free. The moment we receive part of the order back and the amount of the items you keep does not qualify for free shipping, we will still charge the shipping costs for the original shipment ( price of the shipping costs differ per country ).
♥ My return has not yet been refunded?
In principle, we refund return amounts within 5 working days. The return payment always goes through the original payment method. So if you have paid by credit card, the amount will also be refunded to your credit card and you will see this on your credit card statement at the end of the month. It may take a little longer due to circumstances. If you have any questions, you can send an email to customer service via email@example.com.
♥ Production error, complaint or incorrectly delivered item:
We do our utmost to check your order, but you may receive an item with a production error or possibly a wrong item. If this is the case, please always contact us. We will of course solve this for you as soon as possible.
♥ Can all items be returned?
Items that clearly indicate in our webshop that they cannot be exchanged may not be returned. At the moment, these are only the masks from a hygienic point of view.
♥ Out of proportion orders:
Lien & Giel BV reserves the right to no longer supply orders to customers who order disproportionately and exceed a return percentage of 60%. Orders will be cancelled based on name and address details.
♥ Return your items as you would like to receive them yourself:
We design, produce and ship our items with care and love. Items that we receive packaged without care will be ironed and packaged again. We charge € 5 per item for this. Of course we will not do this without first contacting you and sharing our experience with you. We do not expect you to follow a course in folding clothes, but simply stuffing it into the bag is the other extreme….The next customer also expects to receive the article as new. Make sure you enter the correct zip code when entering your address with your order, our system automatically takes over the address and does not check whether this is an existing address. This responsibility lies with the purchaser.

Stores return policy:
Exchange is possible within 5 working days, if unworn and provided with tickets and receipt. We do not give money back, but we do give a voucher which is valid for 6 months.
