Return policy Lien & Giel:
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you can return it within two weeks of purchase, provided the item is unworn and has the original Lien & Giel label. You will then receive your purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs incurred. It is not possible to return items to our Lien & Giel stores. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the item as above and place a new order.
- Register your return via email@example.com Clearly state the invoice number and which items you wish to return and the reason for the return (ie wrong size, colour etc) on the email.
- Put the article, with the original Lien & Giel label with the barcode facing up, neatly back in the original transparent bag. Do not forget to enclose a copy of your invoice with the package otherwise it is not possible to us to trace who the shipment belongs to.
- Submit the item. Both the cost and the risk of sending are you own risk. Keep an eye on the track and trace to see if we have received your package. Unfortunately, we do not have the details of the return package and can therefore not give any assistance.
♥ As soon as we are in receipt of the returned package, we will check and process the return. When the return has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email. We strive to transfer the purchase amount within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. Your purchase amount will be credited by same means as originally paid.

♥ Can sale items be exchanged?
For items that have a 50% or higher discount, the item may be returned for a credit note only. The credit note is valid for our webshop and has a validity of 6 months.
♥ I have placed an order above € 50, but I have returned 1 item, what happens with the free shipping costs?
With an order over € 50, we will send the ordered items to you free of charge. When we receive part of the order back, Lien & Giel reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs that we have incurred from the amount to be refunded.
♥ My return has not yet been refunded?
We will process the refund upon receipt of the items sent to us. Expect to receive your refund approximately 10 days thereafter. The return payment is always refunded on the original payment method. If you have paid by credit card, the amount will also be refunded to your credit card and you will see this on your statement at the end of the month. It may take longer due to banking procedures. ♥ Production error, complaint or incorrectly delivered item:
We do our utmost to check your order, but sometimes mistakes happen in the production. If this is the case, please contact us. We will, of course, solve this for you as soon as possible.
♥ Can all items be returned?
Items that cannot be returned are clearly indicated on our website. For hygiene reasons, masks are non-returnable.
♥ Out of proportion orders:
Lien & Giel BV reserves the right to no longer supply orders to customers who order disproportionately and exceed a return percentage of 60%. Orders will be cancelled based on name and address details.
♥ Please return all items in a sale-able condition:
We design, produce and ship our items with care and love. Items which are returned without due care will be ironed and packaged again. For this we charge € 5,- per item. Of course we will not do this without first contacting you and sharing our experience with you. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at email@example.com.

When filling in your address with your order, make sure you enter the correct postal code as we will automatically copy the address as you have entered it and cannot check whether it is a correct address. This responsibility lies with the purchaser.
