Terms and Conditions
Naturaly we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you are allowed to return your item within two weeks. The item must NOT be worn and the original Lien & Giel labels and safety pin still needs to be attached on the product. This is also valid for our sale items purchased in our webshop. You will receive back the ammount you purchased exclusive possible shipping costs. Unfortunately it is NOT possible to return your item in a Lien & Giel store located in your vicinity. If you want to exchange an item, you can return the wrong size or color and place a new order.
The costs for returning an item is for your own cost/responsibility.
In case of returning an item please execute the following steps:
- Send us an email/conformation to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly specify what you are sending back and for what reason.
- Gently put the item in the original transparent bag, original labels still attached to the product (!) Important is that you use the transparant bag in which it came to your adress. The packaging you use for final transport is of your own choice. Preferably use something which doesnt damage easy so that we receive the item undamaged.
- When we have received the item we will send you an email with conformation. We will check the product and process it. We strive to refund your purchased ammount within 5 working days in the same way as you have paid it. Keep in mind that we are NOT responsible for ant delays concerning holidays, services from your bank or postal services etcetera.
- My refund has NOT been fulfilled yet?
We strive to return payments within 5 working days. The refund always goes through the similar method as original payment. For example: If you have paid through creditcard, the ammount will also be refunded on your creditcard which you will see at the end of the month on your creditcard form. There is always a slight chance processing takes a bit longer. In this case you can always contact our customer service email@example.com.
- Complain, manufacture failure, wrong shipment.
We are working around the clock to satisfie our customers. We are also all human beings (yes we are) so there is always a small chance we made an error somewhere in the process. In this case: contact us. We will do our utmost best to resolve this as quickly and correctly as possible.
